At the April 4th Regular Meeting, John Walkinshaw with the Hillsborough River Watershed Alliance, spoke to the Lions on water management throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, & Manatee Counties. He said that there are 400 square miles of watershed area that affects about 3 million people.
